Indulgent vegan rocky road recipe

We’ve come up with a vegan rocky road recipe that is easy to make and tastes delicious. We think you’ll love it. Packed full of sweet treats, it’s an indulgent snack, but by adding our Nasty Vegan Super Shake powder to the mix, we’ve ensured it has a healthy hit of protein, vitamins and minerals too.

  • 40g chopped mixed nuts (we used peanuts, almonds and walnuts)
  • 40g chopped vegan honeycomb
  • 40g chopped vegan white chocolate
  • 40g vegan mini marshmallows
  • 200g vegan milk chocolate, melted
  • 40g Nasty Vegan Super Shake chocolate powder
  • 30g desiccated coconut


This recipe is so easy, anyone can do it. To begin, mix the chopped nuts with the chopped honeycomb, chopped white chocolate and mini marshmallows.

Next, line a small baking tray (we used a 20cm x 20cm one) with baking paper and pour in half of the above mix.

Meanwhile, melt the 200g of vegan milk chocolate. To do this, break the chocolate into small pieces, put them into a glass bowl and place that over the top of a pan of boiling water (this will make sure the chocolate doesn’t burn). Then, mix the Nasty Vegan Super Shake chocolate powder into the melted chocolate.

Pour the melted chocolate over the ingredients that are in the baking tray, then on top of that add the remaining nuts, honeycomb, white chocolate and mini marshmallows. Sprinkle the desiccated coconut on top for decoration.

Place the tray into a freezer in a flat position and leave it for 15-20 minutes, then cut the Rocky Road into squares and serve! Easy peasy and super tasty!
